About the project
A transgender woman tends the bar; drag queens paint their faces upstairs; lesbians engage in a flirtatious exchange in the lounge while they await the show, which never seems to start on time. Wunderbar Queer Bar and Theatre stands as a pantheon for everything queer and everyone delightfully strange.
“Bursting with Pride” received the Evolution Award, given to a student who demostrated tremendous growth during the Fall Workshop.
