Piper Jack

Jack Heins has been playing the bagpipes at weddings, parades and funerals for 40 years using the same instrument his parents gave him in 1977. This year, after being dead for 15 minutes upon suffering a heart attack, Jack continues to play, but now with a renewed dedication to carry on his mother’s Scottish heritage.
