As night falls and the temperature drops, most people retire to the warmth and comfort of their homes. However, for the men and women who live on the streets, sunset signifies the beginning of a nightly struggle. At bus stations, on benches, and in parks and alleys, they huddle for warmth, shielding themselves from the cold Northeast air. Each of their stories is unique and the pain is personal, yet they share common ground — alienation from society.
