Have Y'all Herd?

Alpacas, raised for their soft, luxurious fleece, are quiet, docile animals. In the U.S. and Canada, alpaca herds range in size from just a few to a few thousand. The annual Showtacular at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, one of many on the alpaca breeders circuit, features the farm teams, families and exhibitors who travel all over the country to promote, educate and support alpaca breeders, owners and enthusiasts.
