From Solidarity to Syracuse

Forced to produce propaganda posters for Soviet-controlled Poland, a graphic artist switched sides, joining the Polish Solidarity to fight communism with his work. Arrested for partisan activities, then ousted from his homeland, he now cooks up different kinds of art.
