Kersten Hirsch had been practicing taxidermy for 30 years, working numerous hours every day to provide a better life for his wife and daughters. After facing a devastating loss, he quit, choosing family over the skill he had been perfecting since he was 11. Five-years later, Kersten has a renewed drive to hone his craft, but he vows to never again sacrifice family time for work.
